We have created an optional protection plan designed especially to help protect your new car against the unexpected, with coverage for items that the manufacturer’s warranty may not cover.

Zero Deductible
Term Care Select will add assurance that you are protected against the expense of covered mechanical breakdowns. Plus, additional benefits* keep you going — wherever you are.
Term Care Select is an extensive service plan, protecting many of the components of your vehicle, with a remarkable $0 deductible.

Platinum Plus Coverage
The "ultimate peace of mind" protection. In the event of a covered mechanical breakdown, Platinum Plus covers many assemblies on your vehicle and also provides the following:
BRAKE PAD COVERAGE
Covers the replacement of one (1) set of front and rear brake pads/shoes per year during the term of the Service Contract.
BATTERY COVERAGE
Covers one (1) battery replacement per year during the term of the Service Contract, or the difference between the manufacturer’s pro-rated reimbursement and the total cost of the battery.
HEADLAMP COVERAGE
Covers the unlimited replacement of headlamps during the term of the Service Contract (IMPACT DAMAGE NOT COVERED).
WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADE COVERAGE
Covers the replacement of one (1) set of windshield wiper blades and/or inserts per year during the term of the Service Contract.
BELTS AND HOSES COVERAGE
Covers the replacement of the engine belts and hoses during the term of the Service Contract including: vacuum pump belt, serpentine belt, power steering belt, alternator belt, supercharger belt, air intake recirculation pump belt, air conditioner belt, water pump belt, heater hose, bypass hose, throttle body hose, upper and lower radiator hoses, air conditioning hose, power steering pressure and return hose, air hose, washer hoses, vacuum hoses, and fuel hoses.
ELECTRICAL COVERAGE
Unlimited coverage of fuses, interior and exterior light bulbs during the term of the Service Contract including: turn signal bulbs, engine compartment lights, running lights, fog lights, stop lights, backup lights, license plate lights, parking lights, trunk light, dome light, courtesy light, visor light, map light and glove box light (IMPACT DAMAGE NOT COVERED).
WHEEL ALIGNMENT COVERAGE
Covers one (1) wheel alignment during the term of the Service Contract.

OneCard Membership
A Program of Cross Country Motor Club, Inc., that includes:
- Key Replacement Service: reimbursement for repair or replacement of one key and/or key fob annually; $400 limit per repair or replacement
- 24-hour Roadside Assistance and Towing Service: up to $100 sign and drive per occurrence
- Lockout Protection Service: up to $100 sign and drive per occurrence
- Trip Interruption: up to $100 per day for food, lodging and alternate transportation, maximum of $500 per occurrence
- Emergency Message Relay: up to three (3) messages
- Roadside Connect
- Custom Trip Routing
- Turn-by-Turn Directions

Additional Information
Term Care Select does not cover brake drums and rotors (unless Platinum Plus Rotors Coverage is selected), solar powered devices, glass, lenses, body parts and/or panels, trim, moldings, tires, wheels, upholstery, paint, bright metal, audio/security or other systems not factory installed, wheel balancing, cellular phones, radar detectors, appliances, vinyl and convertible tops.
Term Care Select also does not cover mechanical breakdowns caused by misuse, abuse, negligence (including the negligence of any repair facility), improper towing, lack of maintenance of a failed covered part, contamination, overheating, lack of coolant or lubricants, lack of oil viscosity, sludge, restricted oil flow, salt, rust and rust damage, environmental damage, or chemicals; burnt valves, worn or carbon fouled piston rings, the correction of oil consumption, or any repairs for reduction in engine efficiency that must be performed on the vehicle.
