Total Loss Protection (GAP)*

After a total loss, there may be a "gap" in value from the amount you owe and the actual cash value of your vehicle. The Total Loss Protection Plan was created to help consumers bridge that gap for new and used vehicles.

• May waive the difference between your insurance company settlement and the balance of a loan or lease after a total loss has occurred
• Maximum benefit of $50,000
• May waive the customer’s insurance deductible up to $1,000
• Includes coverage for vehicles used for rideshare

Maintenance Plan

Includes valuable services that help keep your vehicle qualified for the factory warranty protection.

• Available with different mileage intervals: 5,000, 7,500, 10,000
• Services included: tire rotation, multi-point inspection, cabin air filter replacement, wiper blade replacement and wheel balancing

Limited Warranty Coverage

As EVs enter the used car market, the warranty will provide protection once the original factory warranty has expired.

• The EV+ Protect™ limited warranty covers the vehicle, battery AND battery systems. Other providers sell vehicle, battery and battery system warranties as separate products.
• 1-year/12,000-mile limited warranty protection for used EVs
• Coverage includes roadside assistance, alternate transportation and lodging

Paintless Dent Removal*

Provides coverage for removal of dents or dings up to the size of a credit card

• Optional coverage includes repair to interior cabin for damage from rips, tears, and burns, minor windshield damage repair, vehicle headlight brightening maintenance, and cosmetic repair for curb damage on alloy wheels
• $50 rental car reimbursement

Excess Wear & Use*

Enjoy a carefree driving experience knowing certain wear and tear charges may be waived at the end of your lease.

• Waive wear and tear expenses up to $7,500
• Wear and tear expenses may include: glass, paint chips/cracks, tires, interior repair exterior dents or dings, headlamps, tail lamps, bulbs, bumpers, surrounding trim, factory audio equipment, convertible tops, carpets, mirrors, door handles, and name plate badges

Road Hazard Tire*

Even the most cautious drivers encounter a flat tire or damaged wheel.

• Two coverage levels
• Deluxe Coverage covers the repair or replacement (if not repairable) of tires or wheels that are damaged due to a road hazard, lifetime benefit of $5,000
• Premium Coverage includes Deluxe Coverage plus cosmetic wheel coverage
• Both plans include up to $50 reimbursement for alternate transportation and towing/roadside assistance

Vehicle Protection Plan*

Various levels of protection to cover your vehicle both inside and out

• Includes Deluxe and Premium coverage levels from Road Hazard Tire plus two additional coverage levels available
• Superior Coverage includes Deluxe and Premium coverage levels plus Paintless Dent Removal (PDR), windshield repair, and interior repair coverage
• Superior Plus Coverage includes Deluxe, Premium and Superior coverage levels and windshield replacement
• All plans include up to $50 reimbursement for alternate transportation and towing/roadside assistance

Theft Deterrent*

Anti-theft product that leaves a permanent unique ID number on your vehicle. The system is designed to prevent thieves from removing the ID number without defacing or replacing the various components marked. It is harder for a thief to sell your car, making it a far less desirable target.

• Consumer reimbursement if your vehicle is not recovered within 30 days ($2,500 or $5,000)
• Insurance discounts may be available for vehicles with anti-theft systems

Windshield Protection*

Windshield glass protection from damage caused by road hazard

• If the product fails, repair of minor chips, stars and scratches caused by a road hazard.
• Replacement of any windshield that cannot be repaired
• Coverage includes recalibration of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras

These additional coverages are applicable to Term Care Select and Maintenance only.

Roadside Assistance

24-Hour "Sign and Drive" Roadside Assistance will be provided for the term of the Contract for:

• Towing for mechanical disablement which renders your vehicle inoperative
• Flat tire
• Lockout
• Jump-start (Non-EV Battery Only)
• $50 "Sign and Drive" provided for Maintenance and $100 "Sign and Drive" provided for Term Care Select

Key Replacement

• Plus Plans on Non-Term Care Select Electric Vehicles
• If your vehicle key and/or key fob is lost, stolen, or destroyed. Driver&rqquo;s OneCard will pay the cost of repairing or replacing it up to $400, per single incident per year of the term of the contract.
